  1. Introduction

    Welcome to 24.7 Algarve Transfers. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

  2. Booking Policies
    • All bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or email.
    • The lead booking name is responsible for the final payment and must be at least 18 years old.
    • Customers must advise us of the age of each child in the group so we can provide the necessary child seats, which are provided free of charge.
    • The customer is responsible for providing accurate information, including flight details, pick-up/drop-off locations, and contact details.
    • Carry your itinerary with you at all times when traveling. It must be provided to your driver upon arrival at Faro Airport.
    • Bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed via email.
    • We reserve the right to adjust the price of any online booking if the incorrect resort has been selected or you have changed your destination to a different resort. This adjustment may result in an increase or decrease in the total cost.
  3. Payment Terms
    • Payments are to be made directly to the driver in cash at the destination. If you have a return transfer, the driver will ask for the total balance.
    • All payments are in Euros and listed prices include applicable taxes.
  4. Luggage Policy
    • Each passenger is entitled to 1 suitcase and 1 hand luggage.
    • Any extra baggage (e.g., golf clubs, surfboards, bicycles) must be disclosed at the time of booking. We cannot be held responsible for carrying extra luggage that has not been declared in advance.
    • We reserve the right to decline to transport your party due to health and safety specifications should you not advise us that you require booster or baby seats prior to traveling.
  5. Conduct in Vehicles
    • Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles. Consumption of food and beverages is also not permitted, with the exception of water.
    • Passengers must respect the driver and the vehicle during the transfer. We reserve the right to refuse to transport clients under the influence of alcohol or drugs or those considered to be a risk to our drivers or vehicles.
    • Any damage caused by passengers will result in additional charges.
  6. Waiting Time and Delays
    • We will wait approximately 1 hour after your landing time in Faro. If there is an issue with luggage, please send a member of your party to notify the driver in arrivals, and we will wait until the issue is resolved. If you are traveling alone, please call the number provided on your paperwork to inform us.
    • We ask clients to allow a margin of 20 minutes should we not arrive at the pick-up location at the pre-arranged time to account for unforeseen circumstances.
    • We reserve the right to depart your accommodation 15 minutes after the pre-arranged pick-up time should a member of your party not notify our driver of any delay.
  7. Cancellation and Refund Policies
    • Cancellations are permitted without cost up to 48 hours before arrival and must be informed via phone or email.
    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the transfer will be charged 100% of the total paid.
    • No-shows at Faro Airport without prior notification will be charged 100% of the total paid.
    • Modifications to bookings must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival and are subject to availability.
  8. Privacy and Data Protection
    • We are committed to protecting your personal data. Any information provided during booking is used solely for the purpose of arranging your transfer.
    • We do not share your personal information with third parties unless required for the service or by law.
  9. Liability
    • We will endeavor to arrive for collection at Faro Airport on time and collect you on your return to Faro Airport at the pre-arranged time. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control (e.g., traffic delays, weather conditions, compliance with police stops, etc.). We will contact you where possible in the event of such occurrences.
    • Should we fail to reach your desired destination due to circumstances beyond our control, we will provide alternative transportation at no extra cost to the client.
    • We cannot accept responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit. Your property is entirely your responsibility.
    • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure sufficient time is allowed for travel to the airport.
  10. Use of the Website
    • You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes.
    • Any misuse of the website, including attempts to hack, distribute malware, or disrupt services, is strictly prohibited.
  11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
    • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
